I’m continuing work on bringing the website up to some kind of standard(s). I’ve more or less completed the general layout for the blog section (and associated categories) with little work left to do there. I’m continuing to move the available sneak peek material for The Aos Si’s Gift over here in a complete, readable format.

On a lark, I decided to go ahead and add in a couple of sketches I’d done that sort of go with those chapters. I should note that (1) these sketches do not appear in either the eBook or printed version of The Aos Si’s Gift, and (2) the two sketches aren’t necessarily complete and may get swapped for something more refined at a later date.

As I said, I think I’m just about done with the work on the blog section. So, I’ll be moving on to the gallery soon. Hopefully, that won’t take as long, since there simply isn’t as much content there. Well, also I hope to have a little more time available to dedicate to working on this website once tax season is through.

Either way, other plans that are up on the board right now include:

• Overhaul of the “Links” page to make some sort of logical sense.
• An overhaul of the page dedicated to The Aos Si’s Gift and how the website links to it. Currently, the dedicated page is only linked to through the homepage. It isn’t on the navigation bar. Even the home page only has a single, small link. On top of that, the exerts and whatnot I’ve chosen simply take up way too much of the page. I don’t like this. I’m not satisfied with this. It needs to get fixed.
• Finish overhauling the homepage to look nicer, place The Aos Si’s Gift (and any future work) more front-and-center to the homepage, and maybe just make it a little more obvious what things are about here.

So, it’s all coming together a piece at a time.

As for the next book, I’m still working on it. We’ll get there, just be patient. Once it’s done, I’ll touch on some lessons learned here which I’m hoping I’ll be able to apply enough to the process of writing book 3 that it won’t drag on nearly as long.

Edit: I almost forgot. The Sneak Peek for The Aos Si’s Gift will cover three more chapters. So, the Prologue and first five chapters will be available as a sneak peek. I’ll be getting those posted over the next several days. Keep in mind that I’m converting this over from a full novel, so getting things lined up just right does take some time.
